The pair can complete mediation through the Fulton County Alternative Dispute Resolution program or hire a private mediator, according to the order. The cost of mediation will be divided equally between the parties.
If they are unable to come to a resolution, the case will remain assigned to the court.
PEOPLE has reached out to the Fulton County Superior Court, as well as a rep for Zolciak Biermann.
Biermannfirst filedfor divorce from Zolciak Biermann in May, though theyreconciledand dropped the filing in July. Biermannfiled againin August. The athlete also requested sole permission to sell the couple’s Georgia home amid possible foreclosure. A source told PEOPLE the then-exes were living under the same roof, but in the midst ofa “money war.”

Zolciak Biermann requested to dismiss Biermann’s second divorce filing later in the month, stating they “haveengaged in marital sexual relationson multiple occasions since [his] filing of the petition for divorce.”
The following month, the pairlisted their Georgia homefor $6 million.

In mid-November, Zolciakreverted back to her married nameon Instagram. The reality star changed her handle to @kimzbiermann — and yes, someone else has already snatched up her old handle, @kimzolciak.
Later that month, the reality star shared a clip ofherself singingalong toJelly Roll’s “Save Me” while appearing to be riding shotgun in Biermann’s car on her Instagram Story.
