It appears that no love has been lost betweenJen HarleyandRonnie Ortiz-Magro.

Although theJersey Shorecouplesplit early last monthafter a New Year’s fight, it appears they have since rekindled their relationship — but they won’t be spending Valentine’s Day together.

In a since-deleted Instagram Story on Wednesday, Harley slammed Ortiz-Magro — with whom she shares 10-month-old daughterAriana Sky— for allegedly choosing to be on a television show rather than celebrate the romantic holiday with her.

Although she won’t be spending Valentines Day with Ortiz-Magro, she does have some “amazing” plans in store.

“If any of my friends don’t have a date I have an AMAZING day planned you can join me,” she wrote on her Instagram Story alongside pink heart and red lip emojis. “I was alone last vday too. So I’m really excited to do something special this year.”

On Dec. 31, the volatile duo split following analleged violent altercationduring a New Year’s Eve Party.Us Weeklylater shared photos allegedly depictingOrtiz-Magro’s injuries, revealing a gash on his forehead and swollen nose, as well as a bloodied lip.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that Ortiz-Magro hadfiled a battery domestic violence reportagainst Harley. According to the spokesperson, Ortiz-Magro alleged the battery occurred on Dec. 31, 2018 at 11:43 p.m.

A source told PEOPLE the pair allegedly got into a heated argument while at the Las Vegas strip club Hustler.

“She was mad about something she saw on his phone [and] she freaked out,” said the source, who claimed Harley then allegedly “lunged” at Ortiz-Magro as he tried to leave the club.

Representatives for the former couple did not responded to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.

Harley returned home that night to find herhome had allegedly been ransacked. She reportedly told authorities she believes Ortiz-Magro broke in. However, the source close to Ortiz-Magro claimed the reality star never broke in, but “busted a table while he was there because they were fighting.”

The source said Ortiz-Magro wants to “protect his daughter.”

A spokesperson for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that patrol officers responded to the residence at about 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 1 for a report of a possible burglary and destruction of property.

According to the spokesperson, upon arrival, officers learned that the victim had an argument with her boyfriend at a club prior to her getting home, and officers observed that several items in the home were damaged including a television and picture frames.

Officers could not locate any forced entry, and it is unknown if Ortiz-Magro is the suspect, according to the spokesperson. The case remains under investigation.
