In an effort to end that , the Highway Safety & Technology company has make a novel handheld that can mechanically detect and slate equipment driver who are yelp ( or even worst , texting ) on their cellie . The system of rules is being used in Europe now and is expected to come to the States this crepuscle . I do n’t drive enough to revalue this , but I ’m sure some of you out there will .
