Gigi HadidandBradley Cooperare taking their budding relationship on the road.
The model and actor are enjoying weekend getaways together as they continue to get to know each other, an insider tells PEOPLE.
“Gigi is great. She is getting to know Bradley outside of the city. They take weekend trips together," the source says. “She has fun. She likes that he is a dad, too.”
A second source previously told PEOPLE that Hadid, 28, and Cooper, 48, are “having fun” butkeeping things casualafter they were spotted together twice in New York City earlier this month.
“She’s independent, busy, and her days are filled with responsibilities so I don’t see anything serious happening right away if at all,” the source said.
However, the source revealed that Hadid has “had sort of a crush on [Cooper] for a while” and that the pair had forged an immediate friendship based on their common interests, including Hadid’s interest in doing some acting.
“[They have] things in common so it’s possible to see it progress,” the source continued. “It appears super casual now, but they both have kids, big careers, busy lives and understand what life is like in these circles. It’s cute…and there is an attraction.”

Hadid is mom to a 3-year-old daughter,Khai, while Cooper shares 6-year-old daughterLea De Seinewith Russian modelIrina Shayk, with whom he was in a relationship from 2015 to 2017.

Just three days later, the pair met up foranother dinner date. After their meal, they were photographed riding in the same car, with Cooper behind the wheel.
Reps for Hadid and Cooper did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Most recently, Hadid was linked toLeonardo DiCaprio. She and theKillers of the Flower Moonstar sparked dating rumors when they were spotted together at a New York Fashion Week afterparty in September 2022.
She previously had a five-year, on-off relationshipOne DirectionalumZayn Malik, with whom she welcomed her daughter in September 2020. They went their separate ways in October 2021 after nearly six years together.
