French Montanahas sold his unforgettable California home!

The “Writing on the Wall” rapper, 36, firstlisted the Calabasashome for $6.6 millionlast year, before relisting it in April for $4.99 million with Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald from from Netflix’sSelling Sunset. Now, the property has officially sold for $5 million — $1,000 more than the latest asking price.

Fitzgerald, whogave a tour of the homeon a recent episode ofOpen House, took to Instagram to share her excitement about the sale.

“Just S-O-L-D! Officially closed on this Calabasas estate! I am a very lucky agent, especially when I get to rep @frenchmontana,“she wrote, adding that the Oppenheim Group represented “both sides of this deal!”

Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, purchased the 7,786-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion fromSelena Gomezin 2016 for $3.3 million — more than $1 million underher original asking price of $4.5 million.

Filled with floor-to-ceiling windows, the main house also boasts a wine cellar, movie theater and two-story billiards room, as well as an impressive kitchen outfitted with two dishwashers, a chef’s island and a breakfast nook.

The spacious primary suite is made for relaxation, featuring a spa-like bath and a steam shower as well as a large walk-in closet and seating area.

In addition to creating the new recording studio — a renovation which cost $400,000, according to theLos Angeles Times— he also repainted the turquoise and purple walls left over from Gomez’s time in the home.
