Germain Lussier , io9 : How has the pandemic impact your diligence ?
Nan Lawson : Well , I work in a few avenues of art . For pop culture art it ’s been eldritch because I usually have show at gallery every month or so . io9 : Have you found any challenge getting textile you need due to thesituation ?
Lawson : I really have been ordering print supply from a local store and they deliver the next day . It ’s more expensive than Amazon , but I am glad to pay a premium to support a local business , especially now . The biggest challenge for me is finding prison term to work . As I mentioned I have a toddler at home full time so my work time has been cut in half .
io9 : Are fans buy more , less , the same ? Why ?

Lawson : I ’ve been seeing steady mark sales , perhaps because people are finally engender around to decorate their dwelling , or mayhap set up menage office spaces ! I also turn a time variant Empire Records print through Gallery 1988 and that did much better than I gestate considering the pandemic .
io9 : When the detritus settles on the pandemic , how do you see all this changing you art , your diligence , etc . ?
Lawson : Gallery openings might be on handgrip for quite a while even after the rubble settles . Until there is a vaccinum I do n’t have intercourse if large groups in low spaces will be an option . I cerebrate there will be more limited / timed variant print sack rather . People will always need nontextual matter and books . masses will always love film and television .
