Marvel Studios ’ Doctor Strange is only about two months out , but we do n’t really know much about the movie . This new video featurette provides a few more hints at what await us in November .
The clip is from “ spread Your head , ” an exclusive sneak peek of Doctor Strange from the upcoming iTunes release of Captain America : Civil War . The whole video is about four minutes , of which you only get a minute here . But that moment is great because it includes some cool new piece of conception art , some behind - the - scene footage , and then a tease about the antagonists of the film , the Zealots . They ’re “ citizenry who become seduced by what they see on the other side . ” Hmm .
Doctor Strange opens November 4 .
