Back in the 1960s , a group of UK designing stem got together and shape Archigram , an graphics collective whose cosmos ( like this “ walking urban center ” ) have become synonymous with architectural futurism .
The theme behind the walking city is dim-witted : Instead of humans walking around the city on foot , the city itself can walk . It ’s thoroughgoing for nomads who live in a perpetually - shift urban landscape painting .
